Welcome to our Pricing page. All our puppies are priced the same no matter the color or gender. I’ve gone back and forth on this because of what the standard is. The hard truth is Tri colors often don’t get to go home first, and are left behind without their siblings. And it can be quite sad. Which is why most breeders will price them lower than the others. This practice spikes the demand for the flashier looks and colors. I would like to be part of the solution and not the problem. So all our puppies here at Sage House Pups will be priced the same. Those prices might change due to different circumstance, or they may go up due to costs of whelping a litter.
Agreed upon Purchase Price must be paid in full prior to picking up puppy, or upon pick up.
We do offer a waitlist, but there is a limited number of slots available, the number of slots are determined based off of what was available in previous litters and what we can see from the X-ray done 1 week prior to the birth. For more information, check out our Waitlist page.
All Puppies have a non-refundable price of $500 to either join our waitlist, or hold a puppy until they are 8 weeks of age. A Puppy being held longer may have an increased non-refundable deposit. This is discussed and decided on a case by case bases.
Waitlist is open until puppy selections happens at 6 weeks old, so if we have paws on the ground, you still have time to join the waitlist. It opens when litter is confirmed, and a loose puppy count is done. We do not know for sure how many we will have until they are born. We do an x-ray a week before the due date to know how many to expect, but life doesn’t always go as we plan it. So there is no guarantees of how many puppies will be in each litter.
If you are on the waitlist and a puppy is unavailable that litter, you will have the option to jump to the next waitlist. No matter what list you start on, we will honor the order in which deposits are received. You may also choose to skip a litter if there is not a puppy you want. Same rules apply as before.
The only exception is the waitlist for our Partner Program. We choose the puppies we wish to hold back, and help pair the puppies with the Partner Home that best suites them.
Our Waitlist price is currently: $1,800, with $500 of that being the non-refundable deposit.
Current Puppy Price: $2,500 with $500 of that being the non-refundable deposit.
Breeding Rights for another already existing breeding program, if granted are $1,000 in addition to the original price.
Partner Home Price: $900 with $500 of that a non-refundable deposit.
It is not more if you want to register the puppy, or show the puppy. All puppies are sold with Limited Registration, unless specified otherwise.
We would like to stress that if for any reason you are unable to care for a puppy/dog from us, and need to find a new home for them, talk to us. All dogs are welcome back to our property and will be properly cared for. We will do what we can to support you and your dog. If you have a family member or friend interested in taking care of the dog, let us know and we can get a contract sent over. We understand things happen in life that are unexpected.
